Working Pattern: Hybrid / Flexible
Location: Ipswich or Norwich
The Role
A highly impressive, progressive Top 50 accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Semi-Senior / Senior to join its Corporate Audit & Advisory team across either its Ipswich or Norwich office.
This is a hands-on audit role offering exposure to a varied portfolio of clients, with responsibility tailored to your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
*You’ll be involved in audit assignments from planning through to completion.
*Assisting with or leading audits depending on your level of experience.
*Preparing audit documentation and statutory accounts.
*Identifying audit risks and supporting audit planning.
*Managing audit fieldwork and ensuring deadlines are met.
*Liaising directly with clients and responding to enquiries.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Supporting, supervising and mentoring junior team members.
*Reviewing work and providing feedback where appropriate.
*More experienced individuals will have the opportunity to take ownership of engagements, manage audit budgets and timescales, and lead audits from planning through to completion.
*The firm operates modern systems and specialist teams across Audit, Accounts and Tax, while offering genuine flexibility through hybrid working and annualised hours.
Ideal Background
*ACA or ACCA part-qualified, finalist or qualified
*Strong UK practice audit experience
*Good working knowledge of FRS 102
*Experience leading audits or a desire to progress into a more senior role
