The Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and scaling intelligent AI-driven features within a high-growth product environment. You’ll work across backend systems to design and implement agent-based capabilities, enabling users to interact with complex data in powerful new ways.

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the AI Engineer role will have the following:
*Strong Python development experience, ideally using modern backend frameworks

*Hands-on experience working with large language models and related techniques such as prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, or tool use

*Understanding of agent-based AI systems and orchestration approaches

*Good SQL skills and experience working with structured and complex datasets

*Familiarity with embedding-based search or vector database technologies

*Exposure to machine learning concepts beyond LLMs

*A proactive approach to experimenting with new AI tools and frameworks
