Full job description*Job Title/Location: Warehouse Associate, Leatherhead
*Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
*Office/WFH: Fully on-site role
*Requirements: At least 2-3 years warehousing experience within a regulated industry, ideally with previous cryogenic ’Cryo’ handling experience. You must be a car driver and live within 30 mins of Leatherhead
*Role Snapshot: Ensuring the safe, compliant and accurate execution of Cryo processes alongside core order processing, stock control & administration
The Company/Team: This facility in Leatherhead is part of a global, long established business. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with internal stakeholders including customer service & sales colleagues to ensure efficient order processing, stock management & customer support within a regulated environment.
The Role: This Warehouse Associate role has a strong focus on warehouse activities and specialised Cryo handling, while remaining an integral part of the Customer Service team. You will ensure the safe, compliant, and accurate execution of Cryo processes alongside order processing, stock control & administrative activities. You will coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfilment, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include:
*Act as a key operational resource within warehouse and order processing activities
*Perform end-to-end Cryo handling, inc. inbound receipting, temperature monitoring & documentation
*Carry out daily freezer/temperature checks & maintain reporting logs
*Manage Liquid Nitrogen tanks & Cryo shipper rotation, charging/coupling/refill preparation
*Support order processing activities, inc. order capture, order form presentation & documentation
*Manage stock through monthly stock checks, stock reconciliation and shelf rotation
*Perform inbound stock receiving from other locations
Skills / Experience Required: For this Warehouse Associate role, you must have previous warehousing experience within a regulated industry and ideally previous cryogenic ’Cryo’ handling experience. You must be a car driver within 30 mins of Leatherhead. Previous customer service/logistics experience would be an advantage, as would good communication, problem solving and time management skills.
