Governance & Compliance Officer-Poole-£15.65ph

We are seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Officer to provide professional governance support to boards and committees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong governance, compliance, or board support experience looking to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare agendas and distribute board papers.
*Clerk meetings, take minutes, and monitor actions.
*Provide governance and procedural advice.
*Maintain governance records and compliance documentation.
*Support board member inductions and governance processes.
*Assist with audits, complaints, appeals, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
*Previous experience in Governance, Compliance, Board Support, or Company Secretarial roles.
*Strong minute-taking and meeting management skills.
*Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
*High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
