This is an ambitious & forward-thinking company & they are now looking for a Director of Manufacturing & Operations to lead 2 production sites, as they enter the next exciting phase of growth.

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Manufacturing to lead production operations. This is a dynamic, fast paced, interesting & varied role, which will involve travel between sites and has opportunities for international travel in the longer term to visit valued suppliers & customers.

This is a fantastic role for a Senior Leader to really make an impact in the role & put your own stamp on the company long term.

The role:
*Autonomous role with full operational ownership of 2 production sites
*Overseeing two sites with ambitious plans to rapidly upscale production, headcount & services in the coming months & years
*Driving productivity, efficiency & quality in a dynamic & fast paced environment
The person:
*Inspirational & impactful leader with previous experience in a senior operations role
*Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry
*Looking for role where you can lead an ambitious & forward-thinking company through the next stages of exponential growth
