My client is a successful manufacturing organisation looking for a HR Administrator to work part time 3 days per week based in Nottingham.
Description
*Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
*Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
*Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
*Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
*Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.
*Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
*Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
*Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Profile
A successful Part Time HR Administrator should have:
*Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for multitasking.
*Can commute to Nottingham.
Job Offer
*A competitive salary ranging from £25,200 to £30,800 per annum, depending on experience.
