We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Building Manager to join a beautiful new co-living development in central London.
The role
*Act as the main point of contact for residents, delivering an excellent customer experience.
*Oversee lettings, voids, repairs, and day-to-day building operations.
*Manage contractors, onsite staff, and compliance requirements.
*Ensure the building is well maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard.
*Support community building and resident engagement.
What we’re looking for
*Experience in customer service, hospitality, PRS, or property management.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
*Confidence using digital systems and working across multiple priorities.
*A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
