Senior CRM Manager
London (Hybrid, 4 days in office) | Up to £65,000 + benefits | 12 month FTCThis is a high-impact opportunity to step into a senior CRM role at a critical point of transformation. You will join a fast-moving, international organisation during a period of significant CRM change, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery while leading a major platform rollout already in motion.The Company
They are a large, global organisation operating across multiple international markets, with a strong growth trajectory and an established reputation in a premium, consumer-focused sector. Headquartered in London, the business combines scale with pace, investing heavily in digital and marketing capability to support continued expansion. The UK team plays a central role within the wider global structure, with visibility and influence across regions.The Role
You will sit within the marketing function, reporting into senior digital leadership, and lead CRM delivery across operational, strategic and project-based work.
Key responsibilities include:*Owning operational CRM delivery across email, SMS and direct customer communications
*Leading the rollout and migration of a new CRM platform, including change management and stakeholder engagement
*Building more advanced CRM capability across segmentation, behavioural tracking and personalisation
*Managing multi-channel campaigns and optimising customer journeys across acquisition, engagement and retention
*Analysing journey and campaign performance, turning insight into clear, actionable recommendations
*Overseeing audience strategy, reporting and performance measurement across CRM activity
*Partnering closely with IT, digital and marketing teams to improve tools, processes and customer experience
*Providing guidance and direction to a small CRM team during a period of transition
Your Skills & Experience*Strong commercial CRM experience spanning operations, strategy and delivery
*Proven capability across lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement and retention
*Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns in complex environments
*Exposure to multiple CRM platforms, with practical experience of CRM migrations or platform rollouts
*Confidence working at pace, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive ownership and delivery
