Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a growing and innovative media business based in Chatham, for a Media Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and target-driven individual to join a dynamic team, selling advertising solutions across digital and print platforms.
As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their marketing needs, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
About the Role:*Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
*Managing and growing an existing client portfolio
*Selling advertising space across digital, social, and print media channels
*Identifying client needs and creating tailored advertising campaigns
*Negotiating pricing and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
*Maintaining accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
*Collaborating with marketing and editorial teams to deliver successful campaigns
About You:*Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or media sales role (desirable but not essential)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Results-driven with a proactive approach to hitting targets
*Confident in pitching and closing business over the phone and face-to-face
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
*Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Salary & Working Pattern:£25,000 – £30,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)
Full-time, Monday to Friday (office-based with some flexibility)
