This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded professional to take ownership of procurement strategy, supplier management, and cost optimisation within a growing organisation.
About the Role:
*Managing end-to-end procurement processes across multiple categories
*Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings
*Negotiating contracts and terms with key suppliers
*Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
*Analysing market trends and supplier performance
*Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
*Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvements
About You:
*Proven experience in a procurement or buying role (ideally at senior level)
*Strong negotiation and contract management skills
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
*Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms
*CIPS qualification (or working towards) is desirable
Salary & Working Pattern: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
Full-time, Monday to Friday (hybrid working available)
