You’ll be joining a well-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy with over 50 years’ experience delivering high-quality MEP design solutions. As a Revit / CAD Technician (MEP), you will support engineers in producing accurate and coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a range of projects, contributing from early-stage design through to completion. *Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models
*Supporting design coordination across disciplines
*Working to BIM standards and contributing to process improvements
*Managing and maintaining project drawing information
*Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
*Delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
*Experience using Revit MEP within a building services consultancy or contractor environment
*A solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
*Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
*Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
*Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
*Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
*Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools
