Experienced in property valuations and winning instructions?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a highly regarded and successful estate agency in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded property professional looking to further their career with a business that offers structured training, ongoing support, and genuine progression opportunities.
The successful individual will play a key role in driving market share growth, building strong relationships with vendors, and converting valuation opportunities into instructions.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area
*Win instructions and generate new business opportunities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
*Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required
*Work closely with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
*Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the client journey
*Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Sales Valuer Requirements
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential estate agency
*Proven track record as a Sales Valuer with experience winning instructions
*Strong business development and relationship-building skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused approach
*Professional, personable, and commercially aware
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
