The Role:*Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to meet the needs of all learners
*Support pupils in developing confidence, resilience, and independence
*Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to drive pupil attainment
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and classroom standards
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil success
*Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school community
The Ideal Candidate:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school setting
*Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching practices
*Strong classroom management and organisational skills
*Passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
*Adaptable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality education
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*ECTs are welcome to apply and will be fully supported within the role
