Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager to join our specialist Complex Care service in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated care professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career while making a genuine difference in the lives of individuals with complex health and care needs.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities*Support the Registered Manager in the overall leadership and management of the service.
*Ensure exceptional standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations and company policies.
*Lead, motivate, and develop care teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
*Assist with staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
*Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Promote a culture of dignity, respect, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
*Support occupancy growth, quality assurance processes, and continuous service improvement.
*Act as the Manager’s deputy in their absence.
About You*Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Senior Team Leader, or similar leadership role within a care setting.
*Strong understanding of complex care, learning disabilities, mental health, neurological conditions, or acquired brain injuries.
*Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (minimum) with willingness to work towards Level 5 if not already achieved.
*Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting staff development.
