Full job descriptionWalker Cole International is supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in the search for a Project Engineer to join their engineering function in West Yorkshire.
This position will be responsible for delivering engineering projects across manufacturing, packaging, facilities and site infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through to completion, supporting site improvements, equipment upgrades and operational efficiency initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment.
Your Responsibilities as Project Engineer*Lead capital engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment, packaging lines, facilities and site infrastructure upgrades.
*Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful completion against agreed objectives.
*Support the introduction of new technologies, equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
*Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with GMP, quality, safety and engineering compliance requirements.
Your Background as Project Engineer*Qualified in an Engineering or related technical discipline with experience in a manufacturing environment.
*Proven experience delivering engineering or capital projects within pharmaceutical, life sciences, FMCG or regulated manufacturing industries.
*Strong understanding of equipment commissioning, continuous improvement and engineering problem-solving methodologies.
*Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
