As a key member of the Gloucester team, you will provide comprehensive pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, public, and private sector developments.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own projects, leveraging your experience across all RIBA Stages.
*Provide expert Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services.
*Utilize your knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts for sustainable construction.
*Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
*Mentor junior team members (a bonus).
Requirements
*A degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred) or a related construction qualification.
*3-5 years’ post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a Cost Consultancy.
*Experience in diverse sectors, with a preference for residential projects.
*MRICS Chartered Status or actively working towards APC; MCIOB will also be considered.
*Proficiency with cost management software (e.g., CostX) and Microsoft 365.
*Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
*Located within commuting distance of Gloucester,Worcester.
*Full, clean UK driving license.
