FP&A AnalystLocation: North London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + benefits
Hybrid working


An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a successful and well-established organisation operating at scale across multiple UK sites, supported by a strong international parent group. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to drive performance through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.


Key Responsibilities*Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
*Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
*Produce and monitor financial and operational KPIs
*Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives
*Support month-end reporting and board-level analysis
*Develop and enhance reporting through the use of data and analytics
About You*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - essential
*Previous industry experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis
*Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
*Confident analysing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Proactive, analytical, and commercially focused
