Remote (UK-based) + International Travel to Germany

£60,000 – £70,000
We’re partnering with a client to hire an ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation programme across Germany and the UK.

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations, starting with a major Epicor rollout in Germany, followed by future UK projects.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and support full ERP implementation lifecycle (discovery design deployment support)
*Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
*Act as the key on-the-ground technical lead for ERP delivery alongside external consultants and US-based teams
*Support system configuration, testing, and rollout activities
*Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
*Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
*Help shape best practices and implementation approaches across multiple projects
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
*Proven experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end
*Hands-on approach — not just project management
*Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain etc.)
*Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
*Ability to estimate effort, timelines, and delivery risks
Desirable (but not essential):
*Epicor ERP experience (highly advantageous)
*Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
*German language skills (particularly valuable for UK-based candidates)
