Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Benefits
Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate HR & Legal Administrator to join their London office, supporting both the HR and Legal functions across administration, compliance, systems, and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities*Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and general HR support
*Administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, system functionality, and user support
*Maintain employee files, legal documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance records
*Support system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives across HR operations
*Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements
*Provide administrative support to the in-house Legal team on legal and compliance matters
*Assist with the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documents and records
*Support policy development, document control processes, and wider compliance activities
*Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders as required
*Contribute to business projects and operational improvements across HR and Legal functions
*Handle confidential information professionally and in accordance with company procedures
Candidate Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience within a reputable law firm
*Strong knowledge of legal administration, documentation, and compliance processes
*Experience within a corporate, multinational, or professional services environment
*Exposure to HR administration, HR operations, or HR systems is advantageous
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
*Experience implementing systems, improving processes, or driving automation initiatives
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
*Proficiency across Microsoft Office and multiple business systems
*Professional, discreet, and experienced in handling confidential information
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
Desirable*Law Degree (LLB) or other relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
*Knowledge of UK Employment Law
*Experience supporting HR systems, technology, or process improvement projects
*Strong interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
