Job Description:
Full job descriptionHours:
*Rotating Weekly Shifts | Monday to Thursday | 6am to 4pm | 4pm to 2am
Job Duties:
*Operating machines and production lines
*Operating overhead cranes
*Operating mobile plant
*General labouring and housekeeping duties
*Ensuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state
*Ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies including Health and Safety
*Observing and complying with all good working practices within the factory
*Carrying out any other reasonable request made by management
Essential Criteria:
*Be a good team player with the ability to use own initiative
*Be hard working and conscientious
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Good time management skills
*Demonstrate knowledge of working to and achieving targets and quality standards
*Flexible approach to working hours
Desirable Criteria:
*Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
*Previous experience of operating counterbalance trucks and overhead gantry cranes
*First Aid Certificate
