Our client, a leading aerospace and industrial gas turbine component manufacturer, is expanding and looking for skilled Quality Inspectors to join their late shift team in Alcester. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will be responsible for inspecting precision sheet metal components using a range of dimensional and optical measurement equipment.

Job Description
*Carry out visual and dimensional inspection of precision manufactured components.
*Use dimensional measurement equipment including verniers, micrometres, gauges, and
*callipers.
*Operate optical measurement systems including shadowgraphs, projectors, and 3D
*scanners.
*Inspect small precision components to tight tolerances within a regulated manufacturing environment.
*Complete inspection documentation and support quality and production teams.

Quality Inspector
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Experience inspecting components to tight tolerances using dimensional measurement tools.
*Experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
*Experience using optical measurement systems, shadowgraphs, projectors, or 3D scanners is advantageous.
*Willingness to learn CMM inspection equipment and advanced inspection systems.
*Stable work history and a proactive attitude preferred.
