Areas of Work:
The firm handles a diverse range of commercial and corporate legal matters, including:
*Investment sales and purchases
*Renewable energy projects
*Development land and rural property transactions
*Commercial leasing for landlords and tenants
*Insolvency disposals and bank security work
*Corporate acquisitions and disposals
*Regulation and company law
*Business sales and purchases
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Company Associate position will possess:
*A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a broad spectrum of corporate matters.
*Excellent technical knowledge in all aspects of commercial and corporate law.
*Proven experience in general commercial work as outlined above.

*Strong written and oral communication skills.
*Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
*A deep understanding of client needs with the ability to tailor advice appropriately.
