Full job descriptionOur growing client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Learning and Development Manager will shape the development of people, and lead the day-to-day delivery of learning activities across skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*The Learning and Development Manager will use a range of L&D methodologies
*Deliver annual learning objectives
*Design and deliver blended learning that drives measurable performance improvement
*Translate business needs into practical, relevant development programmes
*Create high-quality learning content
*Use data and insight to shape decisions and improve outcomes
Key Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in an L&D Manager or similar role
*Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering blended learning.
*Proven ability to translate business objectives into practical development programmes
*Excellent coaching skills
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
