Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator/property manager to join a busy and successful lettings team in the Finchley area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a thriving branch, managing a portfolio of properties while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
*Marketing available properties effectively across relevant platforms
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Managing applicant enquiries and obtaining feedback
*Referencing prospective tenants
*Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins
*Managing an existing property portfolio
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
*Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio
About You*Minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience (essential)
*Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and processes
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
*Confident working both independently and as part of a team
*Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Attractive salary package with Basic salary and commission package with realistic ote up to £60k.
