Working closely with both the Logistics and Commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in managing the movement of goods, ensuring deliveries are on time, compliant, and efficiently executed. This is a busy, hands-on position where no two days are the same and your impact will be felt across the business.
About the Role
This is more than just a coordination role. You’ll be trusted to manage end-to-end transport activity, maintain accurate customs and shipping documentation, and act as the vital link between internal teams, customers, and logistics providers worldwide.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that everything runs to schedule, stays compliant, and meets the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
*Take ownership of daily transport and logistics schedules, both inbound and outbound
*Ensure goods are delivered on time and fully compliant with industry standards including ADR/IMDG and AEO
*Work closely with commercial, procurement, and production teams to align operations
*Oversee and maintain all transport and customs documentation
*Build strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and monitor performance
*Keep internal teams informed of transport updates, costs, and freight rates
*Support customs processes and ensure compliance across all activities
*Deliver excellent communication to both internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain environment
*Strong understanding of import/export and customs processes
*Hands-on experience with systems such as CNS, Densti8/Descartes, CDS
*Knowledge of AEO procedures is highly advantageous
*HAZ/ADR knowledge beneficial
*A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
