The role:
*Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
*Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, from single-channel activity through to integrated multi-channel strategies
*Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and drive results
*Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and commercial insight
*Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
*Build long-term partnerships with stakeholders and deliver an exceptional client experience
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in an Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Marketing role
*Previous experience within a digital marketing agency environment
*Understanding of channels such as SEO and PPC
*Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
*Experience growing client accounts and increasing revenue opportunities
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Passionate about personal development and contributing to a collaborative team culture
