Immediate Starts Available
Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our clients in the High Wycombe area.
Please note: Applicants must either live locally in High Wycombe or have their own reliable transport due to location and shift requirements.
Duties may include:*General warehouse duties

*Picking and packing orders

*Fulfilment and dispatch operations

*Loading and unloading deliveries

*Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift

*Stock movement and inventory tasks

*Goods in / goods out processes

*Palletising and wrapping products

*Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

*Working towards productivity and accuracy targets

*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

*Supporting other warehouse functions as required

Requirements:*Previous warehouse experience is essential

*Experience within a busy warehouse, logistics, distribution or fulfilment environment

*Picking, packing and order fulfilment experience

*Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting

*Able to work on your feet for extended periods

*Good attention to detail and accuracy

*Positive attitude and strong work ethic

*Reliable and punctual

*FLT experience or licence advantageous but not essential

*Must live locally to High Wycombe or have their own reliable transport
