We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to recruit a Luxury Client Host for its Flagship Bond Street showroom.
This is a unique opportunity to become the first point of contact for clients visiting one of London’s most respected luxury brands. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
Perfect for candidates from luxury hospitality, premium retail, first-class cabin crew, private members’ clubs, or guest relations backgrounds, this role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a highly regarded luxury business.
The Role
*Welcome clients into the showroom and create a positive first impression
*Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised hosting experience
*Support private appointments and VIP client visits
*Ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standards
*Offer refreshments and maintain a luxury client environment
*Assist with showroom events and client experiences
*Work closely with sales and client service teams to ensure a seamless visit
*Build positive relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador
*Support the day-to-day running of the showroom environment
About You
