Job Title: Lettings Partner
Location: Coventry
BasicSalary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
OTE: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm)
The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join a successful and growing estate agency team. You’ll focus on winning new business, conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating tenancies, and helping drive branch performance.
Key Responsibilities*Generate new business and win instructions
*Conduct property valuations and viewings
*Register and qualify applicants
*Negotiate and agree tenancies
*Deliver exceptional customer service
*Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
*Achieve personal and branch targets
Requirements*Previous residential lettings experience
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Target-driven and self-motivated
*Full UK Driving Licence
