We’re recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking and highly successful estate agency in the Burnley area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
*Conduct team morning meetings and set daily priorities
*Support, coach, and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
*Set and monitor individual and team performance goals
*Conduct occasional property valuations (this is a branch-focused role)
*Drive overall branch performance and business growth
*Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions
Branch Manager Requirements
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent knowledge of the estate agency sector
*Proven ability to motivate, support, and develop a team
*Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
*Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
*Passion for property and delivering results
*Local area knowledge (advantageous)
