The Team
Led by one of the UK’s foremost specialists in Court of Protection and vulnerable client work, the team advises a diverse client base on a broad range of private client matters, including:
*Estate planning and succession strategies
*Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Estate administration
*Trust creation and management
*Inheritance Tax planning
*High-value and multi-generational wealth structures
*Cross-border estates and overseas assets
*Court of Protection and mental capacity matters
*Business and agricultural succession planning
