Full job descriptionAre you a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for keeping projects running smoothly?
We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Project Administrator Specialist to provide essential support to a busy Business Transformation team, helping to coordinate a range of strategic projects and business initiatives. This is an inital 12 month temporary assignment.
This is an excellent temporary opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and playing a key role in delivering successful projects.
The RoleReporting into the Transformation Project Lead, you will provide administrative and coordination support across a portfolio of transformation and business change projects. You will ensure project activities are effectively organised, documentation is maintained, actions are tracked, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also play an important role in supporting the planning and delivery of high-profile internal events and executive programmes.
Key Responsibilities*Organise and coordinate meetings involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
*Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and action logs
*Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, risk registers, stakeholder maps and budget trackers
*Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress is maintained
*Support the development of internal and external communications, presentations and event materials
*Provide administrative support for project-related events and activities
*Assist with project data monitoring, reporting and analysis
*Support the processing of project-related purchase orders and associated administration
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Previous administrative experience, ideally within a project, transformation or business change environment
*A good understanding of project documentation and project administration processes
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*The ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Desirable Experience*Experience supporting projects throughout the full project lifecycle
*Exposure to project management or collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Monday.com or Jira
