Hours: Monday to Friday


Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing client in South Cerney. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are key.


Key Responsibilities
*Working on a production line to ensure products are processed efficiently.
*Carrying out assembly, packing, and labelling duties.
*Performing quality checks to maintain high standards.
*Following production schedules and meeting daily targets.
*Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
*Adhering to company procedures and health and safety regulations.
*Assisting with stock movement and general operational tasks as required.


Candidate Requirements
*Good attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Flexible approach to duties and working hours.
*Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
