Full job descriptionAV Installations Engineer (Field-Based – UK Travel)
We’re looking for an AV Installations Engineer to join a growing Technology & Services team delivering high-quality AV and structured cabling installations across the UK.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll work on a wide variety of client sites, helping deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
*Installing AV systems and structured cabling across UK sites
*Working with data cabling, fibre, cabinets, patching & clean installs
*Supporting access point installs and wider infrastructure work
*Working closely with engineers, subcontractors & project teams
*Ensuring all work meets safety, quality & internal standards
*Travelling nationwide with regular overnight stays
What we’re looking for
Essential:
*Experience in AV installations and data/fibre cabling
*Ideally 3 years + on experience
*Strong cabinet patching & structured install skills
*Experience with access points
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
*AV manufacturer certifications (e.g. Promethean)
*Experience with wireless or data site surveys

*High-quality, clean and reliable installations
*Strong teamwork and customer satisfaction
