Hours: Full Time
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive operation in Tring. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle cosmetic repair professional to work within a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality repairs to retail and used vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities*Carrying out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles
*Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage
*Completing alloy wheel refurbishments
*Performing paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing
*Carrying out bumper and panel repairs
*Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Working efficiently to meet productivity targets
About You*Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician
*Strong paint and refinishing skills
*Experience with colour matching and blending techniques
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Full UK driving licence
Package*£36,000 – £44,000 Basic Salary
