IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology business based in Crewe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is experiencing continued growth and success. The role offers a varied workload combining reporting, data analysis, fraud monitoring, administration, and client support.
Key Duties*Produce accurate and insightful Excel reports, both regular and ad hoc.
*Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and potentially fraudulent activity.
*Investigate and escalate suspicious patterns in line with company procedures.
*Act as a first point of contact for clients via telephone and email, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
*Maintain accurate records and databases.
*Provide administrative support across the team.
*Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements*Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A curious and detail-focused approach to work.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*A professional and friendly telephone manner.
*Strong written English skills.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
