Flexible part-time hours in a busy hotel and conference venue
We’re recruiting a Night Porter in Birmingham for an exciting opportunity at a well-established hospitality venue. This role offers a varied position where you’ll support guests, assist with events, and help ensure the smooth running of a busy hotel and conference operation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Night Porter, you will play an important role in the overnight operation by:
*Checking guests in and out of the venue
*Running the nightly audit process
*Setting up and clearing rooms for conferences, weddings, and events
*Preparing and serving room service orders
*Assisting with bar service when required
*Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
*Cleaning conference rooms and public areas
*Completing night-time fire and safety checks
*Taking telephone calls and reservations
*Supporting general front office duties
What we’re looking for
To be successful as a Night Porter, you should have:
*Previous experience as a hotel night porter
*Experience using Guestline Rezlynx hotel management systems
*Experience setting up and breaking down conference and function rooms
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*A proactive and reliable approach
*Flexibility to support different departments as required
