Full job descriptionA well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, working alongside experienced property lawyers on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within residential conveyancing and be confident managing transactions while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities*Assisting with and progressing residential sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, and new build transactions
*Managing a caseload of conveyancing files under appropriate supervision
*Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
*Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties
*Handling enquiries and ensuring matters progress efficiently towards exchange and completion
*Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
*Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar residential property role
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
*A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
*Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
