You will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing capital projects that directly support growth, productivity, and world-class operational performance.
What You’ll Be DoingAs Project Manager, you will support the full lifecycle of capital project delivery - from feasibility and design through to execution and handover. You will be accountable for ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading the execution of capital projects using established project management and engineering standards.
*Supporting the development of accurate budgets, timelines, and technical solutions during early project phases.
*Ensuring engineering standards, safety requirements, and compliance frameworks are fully implemented.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that optimise resources and enhance manufacturing capability.
*Contributing to the rollout of state-of-the-art processes, equipment strategies, and best practices across the site.
*Managing project documentation, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring all governance requirements are met.

Career & Experience Requirements*Experience in Project Management Engineering, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume production.
*Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
*Proven track record of delivering capital projects and working within structured project teams.
