Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
*Supporting on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A
*Assisting with due diligence, drafting and negotiating key documents
*Advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters
*Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex deals
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships


Profile
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE
*Experienced or trained in corporate law, ideally including M&A
*A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
*Commercially aware and proactive in approach
*Keen to develop within a supportive team environment
