Looking for a conveyancing role where you can focus on the legal work — without the pressure of generating files or unrealistic caseload expectations?
A growing Fareham-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding property team.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys fee-earning, values good process and client care, and wants to be part of a growing residential property team where there is real opportunity to contribute.
The Role:
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters. Work is provided — there is no requirement to bring in clients or develop business.
The firm is open to flexible or hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Progressing matters efficiently with a focus on quality and client experience
*Dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
*Ensuring files remain compliant throughout the transaction
*Supporting junior team members where appropriate
*Keeping the case management system fully up to date
What They’re Looking For
*Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
*Minimum of 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
*Comfortable managing files independently from start to finish
*Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
*Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
