Full job descriptionTeaching Assistants - Cambridge - September StartProspero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a range of supportive primary schools in Cambridge from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children’s learning and contributing to a positive classroom environment.
Schools are seeking proactive, patient, and nurturing practitioners who can work effectively with pupils, support class teachers, and help create an engaging learning atmosphere.
CONTRACT DETAILS*Location - Cambridge
*Position - Teaching Assistant
*Type of work - Classroom support
*Start date - September
*Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
*Full time/part-time - Full time
*Minimum rate of pay - £90-£100 per day
*Hours - 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS*Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
*Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
*Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
*Provide two professional child-related references
