Are you a passionate and dedicated Health & Social Care Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September?
We are working with a range of welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools across the Swale area who are seeking enthusiastic Health & Social Care Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis from September 2026.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Health & Social Care Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across up to KS4
*Inspire students to achieve their full potential in Health & Social Care.
*Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements.
*Monitor and support student progress through effective feedback and intervention.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.


What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school setting.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
*The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.


Salary & Benefits
*£32,916 - £51,047 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and additional responsibilities - PAYE
