The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Tring. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing manufacturer training and the opportunity to work with modern vehicles in a well-equipped workshop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work to the highest standards while contributing to workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities*Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
*Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
*Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
*Performing warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer standards
*Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately
*Maintaining detailed job records and workshop documentation
*Working collaboratively with the Service and Parts departments
*Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
About You*Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
*Previous experience within a dealership or independent workshop
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*MOT licence advantageous but not essential
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Full UK driving licence
Package*£34,000 Basic Salary
*OTE of £60,000+
