Pratap Partnership is seeking a highly capable Project Support professional to join a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation based in Normanton. This is a permanent role designed for individuals with a background in Business Support, Project Support, Project Management, or PA support with a focus on projects.


Key Responsibilities:

*Providing comprehensive support to Directors involved in major client projects.
*Maintaining up-to-date information on project progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
*Chasing relevant information across various departments to facilitate smooth project delivery.
*Communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels to provide timely updates.
*Supporting the Directors with any other accompanying administration and document preparation and management


Experience Required:

*Experience supporting projects or managing projects; OR experience working in a PA role with a focus on projects
*Strong proficiency in MS Office programs.
*Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
*Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
*Experience supporting directors or senior management is advantageous.


Details:

*Salary Range: £38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
*Standard working hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
