Macildowie are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client in the recruitment of a Recruitment, HR & Training Coordinator to join their busy and supportive team on a temporary basis, providing cover during a period of absence.
This role is primarily focused on recruitment coordination, with additional HR and training administration support. It would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator or Training Administrator who can quickly integrate into the team and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities*Managing and responding to recruitment inbox activity
*Posting and maintaining vacancies across Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
*Screening applications and coordinating interviews
*Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
*Assisting with onboarding and induction activities
*Maintaining recruitment, HR and training records
*Supporting internal and external training administration
*Updating trackers, reports and spreadsheets
*Providing general HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
*Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks
About YouTo be considered, you will have:
*Previous experience within Recruitment, HR or Training Administration
*Experience coordinating recruitment processes and interviews
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
*A proactive and reliable approach
*Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
*Good IT skills, including Excel
The Details*Exclusive opportunity with Macildowie
*Temporary assignment starting mid-July
*Initially expected to last around 8 weeks
*Potential for extension depending on business requirements and return-to-work timelines
*Office-based role in Rugby
*Hours: 8:15am – 4:15pm with some flexibility
*£16 per hour
*£500 completion bonus payable upon successful completion of the agreed assignment
