Hyde is looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical and data issues, supporting users and improving the way systems and data work across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
*Provide technical and data support for business systems and user requests.
*Investigate data, integration and reconciliation issues and identify root causes.
*Use tools such as SQL, logs and monitoring dashboards to diagnose and resolve problems.
*Escalate complex issues to technical teams or suppliers where needed.
*Support users with clear advice and practical problem solving.
*Carry out data checks and reconciliations to maintain data quality across systems.
*Keep accurate records, logs and documentation to support compliance and service improvement.
*Work with colleagues across the organisation to improve processes and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
*Experience in a data support analyst, systems support or technical support role.
*Good working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
*Experience of troubleshooting system, data or integration issues.
*Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
*Experience of working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS is helpful.
*Confidence using support tools, dashboards or command-line tools would be an advantage.
*A collaborative approach and the ability to manage your workload in a busy environment.
