We’re recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and growing business in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with accounts experience to step into a well-rounded finance role offering stability, variety, and the chance to develop across both purchase and sales ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities:
This Purchase Ledger Clerk role offers a mix of responsibilities across finance:
*Process and enter supplier invoices accurately
*Manage supplier payments and maintain records
*Support weekly invoicing and operator processing
*Assist with credit control including chasing outstanding payments
*Set up and credit check new customer accounts
*Handle invoice queries and resolve discrepancies
*Allocate receipts and produce monthly statements
*Maintain organised records and archive documentation
*Support fuel card and expense processing
*Update internal spreadsheets and reporting data
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Horsham, you’ll need:
*Previous experience in accounts payable or as an accounts assistant
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
*Confidence working with invoices, payments, and reconciliations
