Job Description:
Full job descriptionA highly successful wealth management firm is seeking a Client Servicing Assistant to join its growing team in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional levels of client service. The successful candidate will support a team of Financial Planners and play a key role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their financial planning journey.
The position offers a broad and varied workload, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of client servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and other stakeholders
*Managing client onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements
*Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
*Processing withdrawals, redemptions and new business submissions
*Assisting with portfolio changes, rebalancing and financial review documentation
*Managing EIS and VCT exits
*Supporting clients through bereavement and probate cases
*Liaising with providers to obtain information and resolve client queries
*Ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous
*Experience within a wealth management, financial planning or client servicing environment is desirable
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Team-oriented with a genuine desire to provide exceptional client service
Package:
*£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
