*Annual Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
*Location: Horsham, Office-based
*Job Type: Full-time
I’m partnering with a growing, multi-brand business to recruit a qualified HR Advisor into a pivotal role supporting over 1,000 employees.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries and employee relations concerns.
*Monitor and support sickness absence management.
*Conduct exit interviews and support health questionnaire conversations.
*Address and support Access People XD system issues, updates, and reporting requirements.
*Facilitate people-related communication initiatives throughout the year.
*Provide professional expertise and guidance on HR policies and company procedures as required.
*Assist managers with the investigation of disciplinary and grievance cases as needed.
*Due to the geographical spread of our workforce, this role involves communication primarily via phone, MS Teams, and email, with occasional business travel required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous direct experience as an HR Advisor.
*CIPD qualified to Level 5.
*Effective self-starter with a can-do attitude and a curious mind.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Proficient with systems and reporting.
*A full driving license is beneficial though not essential.
